From the moment we reached out to Brenda White to list our house, she was a remarkable go getter. Brenda immediately researched to get the comps around us. She continually guided us in the right direction. When we decided on our asking price,(although it was much higher than the comps) she supported us and was honest giving us the pros and cons when asking more. Brenda explained exactly what we would need to do as far as renovations with the interior and exterior to sell the house. She has an eye for design and helped us with every last detail...even the paint!! As soon as we completed the renovations, we called her , and she was there with a FOR SALE sign! She immediately scheduled an open house, and BOOM before it even happened, we were signing a intent to purchase contract! Then a few days later we had another interested purchaser! Brenda still kept scheduled open houses and continued to guide us throughout the process. We sold our home for 16,000 more than the homes around us. This was a huge profit , all thanks to Brenda’s knowledge, support , and dedication to us and selling our home. There was a slight glitch a few days before closing and Brenda spent a full day on the phone problem solving, and managed to resolve the issue. We went to closing on time! It was a smooth enjoyable experience, thanks to Brenda. We highly recommend Brenda to meet your home buying and selling needs. She is number one in her field. Brenda did an amazing job helping us sell our house (10/2018), after managing it as a rental, and originally helping us buy our house (2009). Her knowledge of the local area is fantastic. When buying, we had her show us every house she could in our desired area and price range. She was quick to key-in on what we were looking for and found us a great house in the perfect neighborhood. After moving away, she expertly managed it as a rental for five years. During the sales process, she guided us through all the issues and always had a great recommendation when needing outside help or contractors. Claudia was hands down the best agent. She was professional, kind and never made a question feel like a dumb one. She stayed on top of all the due dates and didn't act like she though we should be on top of remembering. Even if we should have. She took care of our home while running open houses and was responsive during crazy hours due to our work schedule. Everything with a smile too! I would use her over and over again, and I cannot stop recommending her.
