Brenda White

Associate Broker at RE/MAX One

Brenda White is an experienced realtor with knowledge of the real estate industry spanning more than 30 years. After attending her first settlement at only 8 years old with her father, a real estate attorney, Brenda knew this was the profession for her! Today, she has closed over 130 transactions with over $45 million in sales!

As someone who values professional development and believes it serves her clients to consistently seek training and keep up with the trends and technology in the field, Brenda is exceptionally proud of her educational record in the industry. A licensed realtor since 2004, she received her Associate Broker’s license in 2016. As an Associate Broker, Brenda has gone above and beyond the state required training for real estate professionals and works under Broker/Owner Mark Davis of RE/MAX One, based out of Prince Frederick, Maryland, with 6 offices across Southern Maryland.

Prior to achieving this milestone, Brenda earned the GRI Designation (Graduate, Realtor Institute) which is nationally recognized and is the number one leading designation in the industry. She has received comprehensive training in legal and regulatory issues; technology; professional standards; and the overall sales process. Her excellence in training and education set her apart from other agents and her increased knowledge and technical ability ensure that she is always abreast of the trends of the market, the buyers and sellers, and the housing industry as a whole. She has received additional training in fair housing, agency, finance, business development, ethical conduct, business law, and best practices in business procedures and conduct. Brenda is also an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS).

Not only is Brenda a committed real estate professional, but she is also a devoted wife of 32 years and mother to 3 amazing children. She has always been an incredibly active member within her local community and spent 12 years in Upper Marlboro where she taught Sunday School at Trinity Episcopal Church and served as the Upper Marlboro Pitch Coach and Baseball Commissioner. She loves spending time with her family and friends, taking advantage of Maryland’s easy water access, and spending vacations at the beach with her extended family. She resides in Huntingtown, Maryland, with her family and their pets!
